Maddie McBride

Teacher, 5th Grade

My name is Maddie McBride and I am proud to be your new 5th grade teacher!

I received my Music Education K-12 degree from Colorado Mesa University and hold a professional teaching license through the State of Colorado. Since receiving my degree, I have had the privilege of working with brain-injured adults, serving as a second grade teacher, and as a Volunteer Coordinator at HopeWest. I am also the music director of the Grand Valley Children's Choir and provide private vocal lessons to children in the community.

I am happily married to my best friend, Shane. We are the blessed parents of Colm (almost three) and Onora (eight-months).
We also have our sweet and silly dog, Betsy Ross, who is almost eight years old!

I am thankful to be joining your community and becoming a part of your children's lives. Thank you for welcoming me!
