PowerSchool

PowerSchool is a web-based student information system where parents can gain immediate access to their child(ren)'s grades and students can track their own progress. PowerSchool is platform independent and can be accessed from any computer with a web browser. Teachers will make every effort to update grades on a weekly basis.

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SET UP AN ACCOUNT, you can use the username and password that you set up for yourself. You are also able to add additional students through your login.
IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY CREATED YOUR ACCOUNT DO NOT FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW.

IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
Parents' Access ID (for creating an account) : Surad
Parents' Access Password (for creating an account): 10212008
1. Visit https://hfcs.powerschool.com
2. Click on the button, "Create Account"
3. Enter your first name, last name, and e-mail address.
4. Pick a username and enter it in the "Desired Username" blank.
5. Pick a password that is at least 6 characters and enter it in the "Password" blank and again into the "Re-enter Password" blank.
 
Under the "Link Students to Account" section:
Please note that Parents' Access ID and Password are case sensitive.
1. Enter the name of one of your students in the "Student Name" blank.
2. Enter the Parents' Access ID in the "Access ID" blank.
3. Enter the Parents' Access Password in the "Access Password" blank.
4. Select your relationship to the student from the list in the "Relationship" blank.
5. Continue entering information in the same way as steps 1-4 for any other students you may have.
6. Click Submit at the bottom of the form.
Once you create your new Single Sign on Parent Account you can link additional students after logging in with your chosen user name and password. You will also be able to set up email alerts from PowerSchool for things like grades and lunch balances.
