Volunteering at HFCS

Volunteerism is an important part of the operations of Holy Family Catholic School. Parents at HFCS log hundreds of service hours monthly. These hours are one reason our tuition is one of the lowest in the nation. Service opportunities are available in many different areas to fit the schedules and talents of all of our families.

Each family is asked to prayerfully consider their service commitment and to arrange to give service to the school. All families are expected to give 20 accountable hours of service each school year. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to keep track of activities and involvement and record hours below.

When help is needed at an event/function, it is posted in the weekly newsletter.
We are under the umbrella of the Diocese of Pueblo and are required to follow the policies they have implemented. Please print off and complete the following forms and return them to the office. The background check and online safe environment certification are good for 5 years.
The Diocese of Pueblo has implemented an online Safe Environment Training Program that all volunteers must complete before being around youth. Please see the instructions on completing this training below.
